Background

Restoration operations sit at the intersection of a lot of moving parts: emergency response, field crews, insurer requirements, customer communication, documentation, capacity planning and commercial control, each generating its own information, on its own timeline, rarely in one place.
That fragmentation isn't a failure of any one person or system. It's what happens when a business grows faster than the informal structure built to run it. The result is the same almost everywhere: real operational performance that no one inside the business has a clear, structured view of.
